Quality assurance: is applied throughout the project life cycle. Unit testing is carried out during the development phase. Full system testing is carried out once the system is finished. Functional testing and load testing are then carried out before client acceptance testing by key users of the system.
Training: is given to users of the system.
System deployment: is managed professionally to ensure scalable infrastructure and the appropriate levels of security.
Post project review: this step is often overlooked, but is vital if lessons learned during the project are to refine the process for the next one.
